The salesman sam was really great! He was so helpful and just nice as can be.
Sales guy was extremely rude to another customer he was on the phone with when I walked in. 15 minutes later when he got off the phone and I was suddenly on his radar he was extremely pushy trying to get me to buy a mattress way outside my price range TODAY. As I was walking towards the door he's asking "what price would I have to drop to to get you to buy" and "is it the price? Is it the price?" And I said no, it's the pushiness and left. Will never set foot in there again.
Great products, and wonderful salespeople. The problem is the people who deliver the products to you. The people who came to install the mattress were rude and not helpful. We bought a tempurpedic adjustable bed and they didn't bother to make sure it worked before they left. It didn't work of course, and when we called them back, they were not helpful and refused to come back.

Horrible experience. Will never go there again. In brief warranties are worthless and promises devoid of any truth. I was a repeat customer and I was just shocked by the treatment.
