- left a waist high pile of trash (brand new pots and pans, dishes, household goods), was charged >$1000 for "damage" to the apartment (didnt exist).
Pros-
Try not to post bad reviews. The absolute awful experience i had living at this complex was worth noting. I wish i hadn't wasted my time and money, energy on this place at all. They are very nice looking, brand new units CHEAPLY made and have some of the worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with (including sprint...).
You are (over) paying for one thing: the view. Many cheaper, higher quality options within the Charleston, St. Albans area.
- can pay online (not w a savings account)
- maintenance people are awesome (seriously, professional, fast, unintrusive)
- staff at front are consistent(ly rude, inconsistent and refused to take utilities back in their name for additional 5 months)
Office staff are extremely helpful. Grounds are clean and well-kept. Residents are quiet and respectful. Price is Right. Scenery is a knockout.
- You can live somewhere else, get broken into, have your neighbors complain about your animals, parking, noise, etc for much less.
I lived here for about 2 years and I absolutely loved it. The prices were very reasonable for the luxury feel that their community provided. The views are stunning. They have terrific hiking trails that my family would venture out on regularly. We also enjoyed the polls very much during the summer. The Maintenance crew was always punctual, courteous, and reliable. The snow was never an issue for us. The management crew was always very kind and helpful. I would 110% recommend it to anyone!
Would NOT recommend living here unless you are looking for poor quality buildings that are overpriced. The expansion on the property has led to poorly constructed building within a small time period - but judging by the price they don't believe it's true.
I lived here for a couple of months, management is not very easy to work with or friendly. Being up on the mountain the wind is terrible and the walls are thin so you can here it howling at night. No washer or dryer was included so I had to buy them. Pretty view.
Lived here for 11 months and was relieved when the lease was up. Not only are they overpriced, the staff in the main office are/were very rude on multiple occasions and not helpful.
- could hear every utterance from neighbors. (Locks latching, doors opening, their microwave doors included)
The pool is nice, maybe get a friend to live there and go visit them.
- had car + visiting friends car broken into. Called front desk and they "had no record of it" to help w filing w sheriff s office.
- dog friendly (on a leash)
