Not bad for the price. Coffee and sausage gravy at the free breakfast were both watery. Rooms clean and quiet. Lots of hot water and good water pressure.
Invested with Bed Bugs, I simply asked for some towels, and the manager stated he did not like me.
However, again with the bed bug infestation I'd never advise anyone to visit or stay at this place. And once you admit they have bed bugs no other Motel will allow you to stay with them, due to the bed bug issue
Inexpensive, worked with me on they rate - two rooms, multiple nights got me a nice discount. You know what, here's some honesty for you: I appreciate the fact that they are family owned and operated: clearly of Middle Eastern descent; an example of what a family is supposed to be in America. A reminder of what a family used to be in America. Congratulations on your success and Thank You for your example; staff/family of Knights Inn!
Housekeeper was very sweet
Room was standard for the low price - meaning: the floors (carpet) were subpar (made my little boy's hands/feet black within about 5 minutes of crawling around), cigarette burns in the bedspread (of non-smoking room), and smelled a bit like mildew. Again, you kinda get what you pay for. However, that being said, the customer service for this hotel was AWESOME! I don't know his name, but the gentleman that was running the desk was super nice and courteous and understanding! We politely told him our concerns with the room and he was sympathetic and cancelled our reservation (even tho the policy states it shouldn't be possible) and reversed our transaction on the spot! It was definitely not what I was expecting, but we are so grateful! We ended up staying at a different hotel for the sake of our baby boy, but again just wanted to emphasize the awesome customer service for this hotel!
Dated, but worth the money, it's quiet and no drugged up people bothering you.
The floors hadn't been vacuumed, also within seconds of walking across the carpet without socks, the bottom of your feet had this oily black stuff on them. Bed sheets were either stained or never washed.
