Very new and modern. Great location. Front desk staff was very helpful throughout our stay.
Outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and courteous. Our check in hostess Elaine was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms. The bed was great, one of the best nights sleep I've had in months. You can go cheaper, but not better. Excellent choice.
This hotel is very nice and exceptionally clean. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There is a nice bistro pub area in the lobby which is perfect for grabbing breakfast, dinner and/or drinks. A great place to stay while in Charleston.
Room was clean and good sized with a couch. It was great to sit on the couch after a day's work. The bed was comfy too.
Nice clean rooms. Modern. Starbucks in lobby. No room service, but you can order from counter in lobby to take back to room.
