Edit: recently had to have my dog of 13 years put down. They were so kind and caring and compassionate. They made sure that not only was my dog comfortable, but my family as well, as they placed us in the consultation room which was nicer and had a couch instead of the small chairs in the clinic rooms. They gave us all the time we needed and informed us of the process. They even made arrangements at the crematorium for us and they are very understanding. They made this difficult process as easy and painless as possible. That is why this will always be my top choice for a vet office.
The doctor & staff are so compassionate. I’m new to this area & unfortunately had to visit them to have my dog euthanized. Having never met them before, they went above & beyond to make my boy (and us) as comfortable as possible. You can immediately tell they do their job because of their love for animals. This practice is definitely not about a paycheck.
My Dog Pepper got bit by a copperhead, they was very attentive, professional, caring, knowledgeable, and could tell they love the animals. Very reasonable on prices and will work with you on payment plans. My Dog is doing better and is expected to make a full recovery. The staff and doctors are honest and do a wonderful job.
I personally really love them! We take both our boxer and my cat there. I gave 4/5 because I usually wait 1-2 hours there even with an appointment. With that being said, it was always because they had an emergency with an animal, so I am not super mad about it. They open very early so if you need to get to work on time that it totally doable. They also work with many local rescues and shelters, which is why I drive an hour from Huntington to go there. Very loving and genuine people that will adore your pets!
Edit 2: they even sent us a condolence card in the mail. I could go on and on forever about my love for this clinic.
I have had wonderful experiences with all of the doctors and would recommend them without a doubt!
Everyone is so nice here and you can really tell the vets really do love the animals. They'll even get down on the floor with the dogs and give lots of treats, too. I'd really recommend this place.
