I was treated in the St. Francis First clinic. Nice, courteous staff was helpful. I left feeling much better than when I came in.
Came. Here with my husband 8days ago and all the nurses and doctors are very nice and explaineverything that is going on with him hope to be going home in about 2 or 3 weeks
I have been at several other hospitals, but St Francis had the kindest staff. Kind, helpful, caring, clean, just plain nice to people. All medical personnel sanitize their hands before working with patients (doesn't always happen elsewhere).
Their ER there almost gave me a big syringe of morphine meant for someone else there at the time...I'm allergic to morphine and had my mother not been there to tell the nurse I had not even seen a doctor yet, I would've got that injection and God only knows what might've happened. I had no arm band on me and was in the middle of a severe asthma attack. More recently, I went there a couple years ago for severe abdominal pain....I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours screaming in pain with them taking people playing games and laughing and talking before me...turned out, I had a ruptured appendix and went septic while I was waiting to be seen...the surgeon says I may have not made it much longer. Sadly, my insurance does not allow me to go to other hospitals in the area if I want it to pay. St. Francis might kill you, be careful and be sure you have someone else with you if you have to go to the ER there.
The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Came in for an ultrasound and the first thing I get is attitude. Then I sit in the waiting room and hear two ladies talking bad about myself and my daughter. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
