I've only ever been a patient in military hospitals (I was an Army brat, and then I enlisted myself). Today was my first time needing checked-out since ETSing and I was pleasantly surprised. They have this thing called "Good bedside manners" and it's unbelievable that people that chose to treat people have the ability to also treat them nicely. I was there less than 1 hour to get the shots and prescriptions needed for an allergic reaction that caused my eyes to swell up (couldn't see out of one). Everyone from the desk to the doctor was polite, professional, and prompt. I hope to never go there again, but I know I won't dread it if I have to.
Always had a good experience here. They are good with kids.
Most of the time they are polite. However, the other half of the time tbey are rude as hell! Strep results come back neg then call you at home "oh, honey im sorry just got results and strep positive!" Now that everyones sick and weve missed 5 more days of school!
Brought my daughter in for a softball injury. We got there at 10:30 am and didn't leave until almost 1pm. She had two fractures in her hand and no one even bothered to make a referral to an orthopedic doctor. And I'm sure my insurance will be billed to the max even though she is still in pain with no referral made. An ER visit would have been more productive and probably taken the same amount of time.
if i could give this a zero i would. worst place ever go to the ER. my son was sick as a dog on Christmas eve the place was packed waited forever to be called to the window. wen we did they said my son has no insurance i know he had insurance couldn't call the company cause they were closed. the lady was rude about it to. she said she could see him 150 dollars i didn't have the money to do that. makes me sick cause my son could be sick and dieing and they wouldn't see him without 150 buck a 5 year old. had to wait till today till my insurance company to re open and they told me that me and my son are 100% covered. never going there again.
