I am sure the staff are of first quality, but arriving for a 10.45 am appointment and still not having been seen by a doctor by 1pm is very poor service and poor scheduling. This is routine for CAMC clinics. Many of the patients are elderly and sick. Quality review committees at the hospital need to review the policies and make changes.
