An excellent group of physicians.
The wait has gotten to be ridiculous. There is no reason to have to be in the waiting room 45 minutes before even receiving injections. The doctors and PAs are extremely friendly and knowledgeable but some of the front office staff (not all) are horrible, particularly on the weekends. They told us the cutoff time for injections was 4pm on Saturdays. I came in at 4 on the dot according to the receptionist but they still refused service. So now they say "before 4". So how about being clear and posting that or telling us exactly how long before 4 we have to be there? Sad they can't bear to have to stay over 30 seconds past quitting time. If they didn't take so blasted long during the week I might've actually been able to get my injection during the workday instead!
Seems that they've taken on too many patients. Always overbooked and staff is overworked. Bedside manner of Doctor could use some work.
I'm tired of the nonsense and wasted time so I'm doing what several other friends have done and switching to another allergist in the area.
Greedy!! Will not fill out school forms that are mandatory to have medication at school unless they get their insurance co-pay out of you.
Friendly people, but every time I'm there I always wait anywhere from 2-4 hours. It's so slow.
