After describing a grievance to the dealer about an issue with a part I needed put on my vehicle, Royal Subaru responded and set aside the part until I contacted them about what I needed fixed. The service department scheduled me an appointment at the time of my call and was polite and courteous about this issue at hand. I had an excellent experience buying from Kevin Jack at Royal. I had a 2004 Forester that had over 200,000 miles on it and I had such a great experience with that car that I never plan to own another car that is not a Subaru. I wanted to upgrade to a new Outback and Kevin was so easy to work with. Was offered a great deal up front and did not feel the need to negotiate pricing, which made the buying process much easier. Kevin was extremely low pressure and seemed to really want to make sure we got the best deal on the car that was right for us. We wanted a specific color combination that was not in stock at our dealership, so they got one from Pittsburgh and had it in town for us two days later. I will definitely buy from Royal again once I've put another 200,000 miles on this one!
