Great service and outstanding customer service!

1400$ just so I could drive it enough for it to break down. Why? So I could go back to you guys and pay you MORE for a transmission? Please go else where this place is not professional. When we called them back to let them know how great of a job they did, all that was said was that they didn't inspect everything because that's not what he had paid for and that they are sorry. 1 star. No car for me 1400$ for you guys hm Merry Christmas!

It's a great car dealership they work hard to get you the best offering. The staff is not pushy and it is very relaxed. Brian was the sales person, he has a great personality. He feels more like a friend than a car salesman. It was one of the best new car buying experiences I've had. The vehicles are amazing and sale themselves. I've had several new cars, and Land Rover just seems to be a step above the rest. It's built very sturdy and it's seems to be well engineered. The fact that it will ford 30 inches of water amazes me. I honestly believe if you tried that in over vehicles they'd fill with water. Also it is loaded with cameras and gadgets that make driving easier and much less of a hassle. I find myself driving slower and just enjoying the trip. I drive around 3,000 miles a month for work and my driving style seems to change when I hop in the Discovery.

This is the absolute worst service provider EVER. I had my boyfriend take my Land Rover here for a tune up (1400$) and an entire check on the vehicle ($100). In hopes of a noise that I have been hearing would go away. I take a trip to the beach and MY CAR BREAKS DOWN 25 miles before I get to the beach! That noise? It was the drive shaft that this lovely firm FAILED to look at. Which caused the drive shaft to break and put a HOLE IN MY TRANSMISSION. Seriously this is something they could've looked at. I payed them

We purchased a 2017 Ranger Rover Sport in April. We were hesitant to from purchase Astrog Autos as we had purchased Volvo a few years ago when the dealership was Smith Motors and eventually sold the car due to the poor service we received in the service department. My husband wanted this particular car and rather than go out of state we thought we would give the new company a chance. We met with Brian and did feel there had been improvements and was even told by him that Astrog takes great pride in ensuing customer satisfaction even after you purchase the vehicle. So, we bought the car along with a few of the up-sale warranties. After approximately one month after purchasing the vehicle, a blue spot appeared on the back-middle seat. We are unsure as to what happened to cause the sport, but we had purchased the DuPont Auto Protection Package. We contacted Brian and he requested we bring the car up to determine if the dealership would be able to clean the spot. Per the warranty, if the leather in unable to be removed, they will replace the leather. They were unable to clean the spot. We were advised they would start the process so that the warranty would cover the needed repairing and / or replacement of the leather seats. This was on May 22, 2017 also this is where customer service from Brian as well as the dealership ended. We followed up on July 13 as we had not received as much as a text message from Brian. We talked to Matt in the service department and he informed us that he “didn’t know what to do”. We contacted DuPont and while they were friendly, were unable to resolve the matter. DuPont advised that we take the car to the dealership where we purchased it to handle the situation. Problem is, Astrog informed us they are unable to repair the seats and are not even remotely assisting us in resolving the matter. In fact, Matt nor Brian, or anyone is returning our calls or working to resolve the issue. There has been no communication. We paid for this warranty, but Astrog is not honoring it. We purchased over a $90,000 vehicle in addition, to the warranties from a terrible and unreliable auto dealer ship. Buyer beware! Don’t trust them!! I truly hated writing such a negative review, however, this is unacceptable and others should be made aware of this poor service.
