The service from Bert Wolfe Toyota has drastically declined over the years. My experience today further attests to that. First of all, I made my appointment online, the website indicates you receive a $5.00 discount for doing so. I gave the "greeter" a coupon I received in the mail for the oil change from Bert Wolfe. He asked me if I wanted the tires rotated and I responded if that comes with the coupon then yes. When I went to check out an hour and forty five minutes later my original bill was $47.00, I questioned the tire rotation and they removed that charge. They would not give me the $5.00 discount for scheduling online and there is no where i can see on the website where it indicates you can't have that discount if you use a coupon. My name is clearly Hatton and was evident on the service record, even after correcting the "greeter" he called me Patton at least four times. I bought my Camry there back in 2008 and it has been a good car. They have a greeter walk with you to pay for your service, its a bit much considering the service you don't receive. In short, that is the only good thing I can say about this dealership and its service department.
We did the business Friday night. I drove alll weekend and Monday, he was nice enough to check to see how everything was going.

Will McCormick was as efficient as possible to get us in and out with 2 kids while we were trading in our last Highlander for a new one. He even had snacks and new toys in his drawer for our kiddos!
He offered to help step up all the technology, which was fairly simple. He was awesome enough to place my tags on my new car and filled up my gas tank. He went out of his way with the fueling, it was after business and he paid.
The Camry 2018 XSE with Red Interior had me at hello. Thanks to William my prayers were answered. I was praying for a new car (Acura), but thanks to William J. McCormick, he turned a Honda lover into Toyota lover.
Seems much better now. The sales guy was great the place is clean and kid friendly.
