I bought my 2015 ford focus brand new in feb of 2015 we have had nothing but problems out of it. The clutch has already went out of it and one of the service people told me he had one and it had done the same thing and he had to replace his every so many thousand miles!! That issue was covered under the warranty thankfully. I was there again in April of 2017 with a roaring noise, figuring it was a wheel bearing i left my car over night and called the next morning at 7:45 and spoke with a staff in service and explained to him that if there was any charges what so ever to please let me know before they touched the car. The staff member said that's how they operate and they would. Never once did he say that there was a 95.00 dollar service fee for just rolling the car through the doors. If i would have known this i would have taken the car somewhere else to see what the problem was for free. Some people may know this as a general rule but i was unaware. It would be nice for the service staff to inform people ahead of time when they make the appointments if it is not covered under the warranty then there will be that fee. I can guarantee i will not be going back to Bert Wolfe to purchase another vehicle.
We were looking at used cars & trucks at another dealership down the road and decided to look here before committing. We were greeted by Landon, looked around a bit by ourselves, and wanted to look closer at something we'd noticed. So... We ended up leaving with a used RAV4 that had 240 original miles on it, and a bumper to bumper warranty for 84 months or 75000 miles. A day later we're still happy with the entire transaction!

This place will never get anymore of my business they have had my truck to repair hail damage first four weeks and they did a shirt job made them redo it took four more weeks and they messed up a name decal on the front windshield and cut a check to replace it minus the labor! So that means another trip down here and more fuel and waisted time!! Not a happy camper!!!!!
Went in to have my car serviced. 45 minutes later it was ready. My service man was great!
