I received two different letters in the mail from Chevrolet informing me that if I had experienced either of the problems to report it to a dealer.

Then 45 minutes later I was informed my car was done and I could come up to the front to pick it up. On the way there I was asked to see a lady in a side room where I was charged almost 70$ for an oil change.

I allowed the "test" to be performed. Then I was asked if I wanted a shuttle ride home while they only changed the oil. I declined the offer and opted to wait.

I arrived at my appointment first in line and was informed that I had to prove excessive oil consumption by a test? This was the first time I had heard of this and even in the call made to me to confirm my appointment it was not brought up.

This was the definition for a bait and switch. I have filed a complaint with the better business burrow and consumer affairs. Definitely shady business practices.

I made an appointment online a week away early in the morning to have work done on my car for excessive oil usage. I did not experience power loss from a fuel sensor.

Purchased a car there at a reasonable price, but by the time the warranty stuff was over. It wasn't a great deal anymore. I bit the bullet and purchased anyway since we were expecting a baby, I needed the coverage. Salesman even promised to get something off the baby registry, but he never did. Only thing to improve my ranking for them now is the service shop. With great warranty services, it may just be worth it...

Just bought a Cadillac srx. We were treated like royalty. Tim our sales person is the best. Thanks for a wonderful experience. We will tell our friends.

Each time I have service work completed on my GMC Terrain I walk away thinking how nice their service department staff is to the customers. Allen my service rep is the nicest guy and is always pleasant and respectful. It is a great service department and I recommend it to others.

I recently purchased my vehicle from here. And I was so happy with the attention I was given the amount of care and respect. As a previous car owner from another dealership I can compare and Moses was by far the best. They talked to me as if we were family not throwing warranties and this and that at my face just to get more money. They really care about their customers. Jeremy Byrd was my salesman and he is just awesome he was great with my 2 yr old and very patient. 100% thank you guys
