2nd appointment was a battery of tests and puzzles, did not see Dr Spaulding.
I call again, voicemail, ask for my money back.. This time I get an appointment for 2 weeks later.
I called again for an appointment but only voicemail, he returns it 2 days later, apologizes and promises a call that afternoon "tomorrow at the latest" to schedule... another week goes by no call.

Day of appointment he cancels. I don't imagine I will ever get satisfaction or a refund. This has been nothing but a source of anxiety and frustration.. Beware.
