I love the people in the clinic. They have always helped me. They saved my life a couple of times. Just miss Dr Nick Young and Dr Thomas Williams
Some of the people in the office are rude. It takes too long to get appointments for established patients and can be two months for new patients. It also takes days to get prior authorization for prescriptions even if you tell them ahead of time that you need them. Wait time is too long and you also have to pay 4.00 for parking. On a good note, the nursing staff are amazing and friendly. They are a teaching facility so you do get seen by a doctor in training and a licenced doctor. Referrals take a long time as well. Its been a year and we are still waiting for a referral for a dermatologist for my daughter after being told it would be six months. When I called to check on the status of a referral I was put through to voicemail and my call to this date (6 months) has yet to be returned. Also, if you are sick they won't be able to work you in. The people answering the phones just tell you to go to an urgent care facility or the ER. I would not recommended this practice for children. I recently changed practices because of all the problems we have had getting our children seen and taken care of in a timely manner.
