Dr.Bailey you rock!!!! I had a appointment a few months back and it was with Dr.Falbo and I was upset at my wait time..i would like to apologize for my behavior and frustration. The ladies at the clinic are always nice and compassionate... I think I had a bug up my butt that day and being impatient didn't help.. so I truly would like to say that my review was inappropriate and not a true statement of what was going on..so please excuse my behavior because I really love my Dr's and the clinic...keep up the great work girls and guys love ya

I've enjoy the patience care provided to me on numerous visit and the staff is very pleasant.. but today I had a appointment scheduled at 2:30. I arrived 15 mins early and waited an hour and 15 mins before asking when I would be seen... they replied they have to send email to Karen to see how long before they call me.... really smh I walked out and missed my eye appointment at 3:25... not to mention leaving work to make these appts.
