5 stars for gorgeous furniture. 0 stars for standing behind the product, customer service and accountability. Case in point, bought a $3700 couch last May, took delivery in August, placed the first of many, many customer service calls beginning a month later in September.
Great place to help with design and buy furniture. They are on a different level of quality and service than any other furniture store in the area. Worked with Filis who was wonderful. For the quality of furniture we bought they have great pricing as well.

It is difficult to find quality furniture in West Virginia, and furniture shopping can be frustrating. Wells has a very nice store that is well kept and the employees are very helpful. It is our go-to store for couches and upholstered products. Like anywhere you get what you pay for, so research the brand you choose. We were happy to take advantage of their floor model sale. Will be return customers.
They are a rip off company that sells you something they tell you is protected leather that won' t scratch!! Then they sell you a 10 year warranty for $60.00 and don't ever tell you it's none refundable!! When they deliver the the chair it has a huge scratch on it, then they try to charge you $50.00 to come get the damaged item, and won't refund the $60.00 for the warranty that you now don't even own a leather chair that it covers!! They do bad business and rip people off!! Stay away from this place unless you want to be lied to and ripped off!!
