Chad took care of me like two weeks ago. I wasn't able to make it in over the Black Friday weekend. I just called him today and he wasn't even at work and he was able to get my order placed and I was still able to get my rebate and furniture gift card. I am so thankful that he went above and beyond even on his day off to get me taken care of. This is truly a great experience and I'll never forget him for doing this for me. He is very knowledgeable and I couldn't believe he wasn't a manager the way he handled the whole process. His truly a great asset to your store and needs acknowledged for his efforts. Again thanks Chad and I'll be seeing you again soon!!

Linda O’Bryan was wonderful! She was able to answer any question I had and informed me of the sale going on. I had looked at other furniture stores before going to Big Sandy, but ultimately found exactly what I was looking for there. Also, applying for credit was so easy and fast. I will definitely go there first next time looking for furniture.

I was in the store and visited the mattress department. Jeff took care of me. He is the most knowledge person. I have ever seen. He knows his mattresses and makes you feel very comfortable. He went above and beyond to help me and my wife find the perfect mattress at a price we could afford. He showed us a Power base and fitted us for pillows. He is top notch and we highly recommend Jeff and Big Sandy as the only place to buy a mattress. Note: we shopped everywhere and we couldn't find better

We came in 10 minutes before closing just to have a quick look at appliances. We were greeted by James, an enthusiastic salesman who went above and beyond to find out our needs and help us find the right appliances on this visit. He didn't rush us even though it was past time for his long work day to come to an end. He was friendly, helpful, and a complete pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend visiting this location if you desire great customer service...ask for James!

I purchased a sectional from Big Sandy two years ago for $3,000. Since then a few cushions had gotten destroyed by our dog. I called customer service and was told the warranty I paid for would not cover the damage (for the record I was never informed of this when I bought the couch). But that part was fine with me. What isn't fine with me is the fact that I have been trying to order said cushions since MARCH of this year. It is almost November, and I still dont have cushions. I've called customer service at South Ridge several times, and each time they either have the wrong number on file, or can't even find my profile at all. Once I got that straightened out finally, their lovely service department didn't call me, they called my ex husband instead who has said several times to stop calling him. Just recently I finally got through to someone and paid for the replacement cushions over the phone after 3 weeks of trying, because for whatever reason you can't just walk in to the store and pay at the counter, you have to wait for someone in a call center in Ohio to call you and tell you your price. But, whatever. After the payment went through I was told someone from service would call me to verify where my shipment was going since they could never get my address right and we have now moved to KY. Two weeks goes by, no phone call. I call customer service AGAIN, and find out they called a wrong number once, called my boyfriend and didn't leave a voicemail (the notes claimed his voicemail didn't work???) then called a third time and claimed I never picked up. At this point I'm not surprised, so I ask what address they have that they're sending my cushions to so I can at least know the shipping info is correct. Go figure, it's my ex husband's address where I haven't lived for 2 years. I give them my new address in KY for at least the third time, give them my new phone number for at least the FIFTH time, and I am told no problem, someone will call tomorrow. Well, I did get a call this morning just to be told they "don't service" my new address now, meaning they won't ship it to me. But here's what I can do! I can call the manufacturer and have them ship it to a furniture store near me so I have to take time out of my day to go pick it up! And they more than likely won't cover shipping costs like Big Sandy promised they would when they were shipping it to our WV address. At this point, if I ever do get replacement cushions within the next 10 years, I'll probably just torch the damn couch and buy a new one. And it certainly won't be from Big Sandy.
