Spent an hour and $153 ordering 3 Grandparent's Day bouquets directly from the company's website. Received a call an hour later stating they "do not carry" the 3 arrangements I had ordered. If you "do not carry" it, you shouldn't put it as an option to order from your website. I also had two bouquets being delivered to addresses in Elkview (25071), and was told during the phone call that "we also don't deliver to Elkview." See copy and pasted excerpt below for the disclaimer found at the bottom of the company's webpage. If you "don't deliver to Elkview", you should remove Elkview and 25071 from the areas that you deliver to in the disclaimer. The person who called to deliver all of this great news had no clue what he was talking about. When asked if my money was going to be refunded immediately, his answer was "it should" after a long awkward silence, and when I asked him why the delivery disclaimer on their website stated incorrect information, he stumbled over his words and said "my boss just told me to call you." Very unprofessional, and very poor customer service. I have been ordering from Winter Floral for years, and that sadly came to an end today. Buyers beware.

My sister ordered flowers for our Mother from Florida. Jerry reached out to my sister because of her request for a certain flower she saw online. They didn't have so they texted her a picture of her to confirm a different flower before delivery. Nice followup, great service, and friendly positive experience. Will use them from now on for everything!!!
