I live in Tennessee, I ordered flowers for my grandmother online to have delivered to her home and I chose Cross Lanes Florist. The flowers were delivered at a good time and the arrangement was amazing. I didn't know exactly what to order but they chose the best arrangement & my grandmother loved them! I will absolutely use Cross Lanes again for my next flower arrangements for my grandmother.

What a great experience! I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. She left work early and I had to change the delivery address. Then when she wasn't home they contacted me to set up another delivery time. They were so helpful and kind. On top of all that, the arrangement was beautiful! Top notch florists in my opinion!
