So very pleased to know there are still people giving excellent customer service with kind and thoughtful words. One of the best experiences I've had in a long time. Setting a fine example for all flower shops.
I've been buying flowers from these guys for the past 10 years and they have consistently provided high quality flowers at reasonable prices. They know me when I call and have even made references to previous purchases to make sure my lady gets what I intend for her to get. For example, I recently ordered some "orange roses" for her and the Food Among the Flowers person said "yes, the Sauri (sp?) roses like you had at your wedding?" I said "Exactly! Thanks for remembering." He also remembered not to put baby's breath in the arrangement (the wife is allergic to it), I'd forgotten to mention that when I placed my order - but they didn't. These are just a couple of reasons why I always buy my flowers from Food Among the Flowers.
I ordered flowers for a funeral today and they were absolutely beautiful. The flowers included lots of big beautiful red roses making the arrangement really special. I've never ordered flowers from Food Among the Flowers that were not beautiful. I love the consistency of the high quality arrangements.
I ordered a bouquet called Blue Horizons and the flowers in it were purple and not blue, but the vase was blue and it was not pretty, especially for the money I paid for it. I spent more money and ordered the premium arrangement but the extra flowers I paid for were mainly buds and not blossoms.
Very ugly, overpriced corsage. I could've done better picking something out of my yard. If I had gone to pick it up instead of my son, I would have left it there.
