Great staff! Quick check in kiosk is awesome. You can make appointments through their patient portal.
Don't use this place. If you don't have an appointment then you won't be able to ever speak with a provider. The place is on lock down and only wants to get you money. They don't really care about you or your health issues. I liked my provider but was not able to speak with her or get a message to her. Very poor health care.
My visit with CIM Doctor went great. They are always there for you and interested in helping meet your medical needs
The staff, physicians, and nurse practitioners are the most helpful and kind providers that I have ever met. I am extremely grateful to have been referred to this office by a friend. I am also so glad to learn that they have a chronic care program which sends providers into the home to help manage conditions. This is a godsend for my family!
