I started seeing Kelly McMinn in Chaney's office and I absolutely love her! She does care about patients and she listens.
I've also visited Malcolm Chaney a couple of times and was satisfied. He's a good doctor as well.
She's professional, friendly, and makes me feel welcome and comfortable. She's one I would advise the young adults to try out (I know she would probably be great with older patients as well).
More often than not, there is a semi-long hold time (10-15 minutes) when I call, but I know they're busy and are actually trying to provide real customer service. They seem more organized than many offices I've visited in the past.
ALSO, the office staff & manager are very nice. I've never felt like anyone was rude in any sense.
