They have kept my car for three months without fixing it. Never call with updates, rarely answer the phone when I call to find out about the status of my car, never have the car ready when they say they will. Supposed to go to the beach today, but can't because they have my car, won't answer the phone, and the car isn't even at the shop. Will have to call the better business bureau at this point.
