Not to mention, insisting on doing repairs for things that ARE NOT NEEDED.
This place is still in business because of the people they take advantage of.
You will pay MUCH less for better service ANYWHERE else.
As other negative reviewers state, overpriced. Also, if you take it in and tell them the problem, they won't offer to diagnose the problem (also diagnosis is $100+), they'll just take a couple guess, charge you a couple hundred and the problem will still be there. Go elsewhere, this place is junk.
I love this place! They are honest and reliable. They take the time to explain what's going on and what it will take to fix it. I brought my truck in today expecting to pay $750 for a new A/C compressor. Turns out I don't need a compressor and repairs are under $400!
Always done the correct way the first time. They go out of their way to get the job done and to get it done within a reasonable period of time. I’ve been loyal customer!
I strongly recommend going anywhere but Firestone.
