High pressure sales tactic. Sold "recommended" "fuel system cleaner". Not advised by auto manufacturer
When the computer work started I was offered two types of oil that are OK with Honda. I made the selection. All went well and fast -- out of there within 10 minutes.
Beware of upselling of unneeded products.
I went in for an oil change for a Honda odyssey. All my oil leaked out 2 months later. This never happened before until I went here. I went somewhere else to get it looked at and they said this place did a bad job, specifically they did not put the drain plug in right, which is why it was leaking. I will go somewhere else next time.
The only item of concern was that they inflated the tires to 36 -- but the tires called for 33. When I called that to their attention they quickly fixed it.
This time started the process before the computer work. Different car --
Pulled in, asked for oil change and after they understood what car I was driving told me what they would do and how much it would cost. I watched what they did and was on my way quickly, Effective and efficient.
Made to feel like family. Got all the work done that the Honda Maintenance minder recommended. Like being able to stay in the car. Pulled in about 3:40 and out at 4:05. Oil, in cabin filter, air filter, tire rotation. I Feel confident with their quality.
