Made appointment over the phone. They would have got me in the next day, or had come to my work to repair rear windshield. Very accommodating. The place clean, the staff was friendly. It took a couple of hours, but the technician kept me updated on the progress.
Had the rear glass on my Dodge Ram replaced today in less than an hour at my home by Brandon. He was on time & very professional. Will definitely use this company again. Thanks Safelite!

He explained everything to me as he worked so I knew what he was doing to my car and why! No doubt that he is very well trained and enjoys what he is doing 5 star work 5 star windshield :}
RIPPED OFF AT SAFELITE..... I recently had my windshield replaced and what was supposed to cost me 189.00 ended up being 346.00 i pulled my car in and the installer took my old windshield out then proceeds to tell me oh i found a rust spot and cant put the new windshield back in. And of course now I am stuck at their mercy to go to their recommended body shop. that was suppose to be any where from a 80 to 100 dollars. then the supervisor tells me it will be another 3 percent because he had to pay with his card. ok fine ill pay that i guess because i have no choice. but the kicker off it all was that after i got home i realized that not only did i pay the tax to the body shop but the way they totaled my bill i got charged again tax on that same amount through safelite.
