The lead Mechanic who claims to have worked on hundreds of powerstrokes has no basic knowledge of them what so ever. Couldnt tell me how many volts a ficm should send to a injector. Truck came in with filling a cylinder full of fuel, due to a faulty injector. He not only misdiagnosed the issue but is charging for a ficm replacement which he didnt program or have programmed, gpcm which has nothing to do with the original problem. Pay the extra money and have your vehicle towed to any where but here.
