My heat shield was dragging on my Honda civic. I called A1 and they told me to bring right it on in and they'd have a look at it. The gentleman took a few tools and crawled under and took the whole thing off in like 2 minutes. I was expecting to pay a good amount but they wouldn't take my money since it was a quick process. Real cool and down to earth guys. 5/5 for friendliness, professionalism and great customer service.
