Terrible customer service. Don’t even waste your time with them.
Also, I am paying $149 for a OEM part, but was never given the option to buy a 3rd party part from the parts department, although I was given, as an excuse for the slow shipping, that it was because I ordered and OEM part. OEM or any other 3rd party part, does not matter to me. Your parts department should notify customers that there are 3rd party parts available that can be provided in a much faster delivery time.
You guys need to get control of your supply line from the OEM. Taking 7 days to ship and receive a part in today's world is ridiculus. I will have to consider my options for buying from on-line sources next time I need a part if my brick and mortor stores cannot supply parts in a timely manner.
I ordered a part on Friday 12/23. Was told it would be here Thurs 12/29. You all received a truck on Wed 12/28 and the part was not on it and the part did not arrive on 12/29.
Bought a bike from Sean c. It was a good experience he really knew what he was talking about when it came to all the motorcycles. He was not pushy like most salesmen everywhere else you go. Overall very happy with the outcome after hearing several bad things about dohms that were wrong.
I am extremely unhappy with this order and this situation.
