Went with my son, very nice place. The guy done an excellant job on his tattoos. If you need a good tattoo, this is the place to go. He always deals with the little guy, cant remember his name right now
Black Eagle is the absolute best place to go for your tattoos or piercings. All the staff are knowledgeable, sanitary and friendly. Can't go wrong.
Great imagination who is willing to help get you a tattoo
So I went there for a simple tattoo. A little heart with three symbols...just basically a V in three different places. I showed him a picture and my sis who was with me had the same one. I didn't see how to mess this up. He finished and the heart is barely red and he didn't outline the heart. I asked him to and he went on about how it would scar if he did. I have many tattoos and this seemed crazy that he didn't do this. Will have to wait till it heals..reshade and outline then. This is not acceptable. I was disappointed because the shop seems cool and the other two guys were nice and answered my questions. So a few days later I can see the lines are running. So after it heals I get to spend more money to try to fix this. It will never match my sister's tattoo. I am truly unhappy.
Best place I have been to (had work done in DC, Outer Banks, Virginia, etc). Ryan is a great artist. The prices are amazing and the atmosphere is top notch. Doing yourself an injustice if you don’t go here!!!
