Had my watch less than a year. Brought it back for a battery change and something inside has been damaged during the battery change. Only works when pushing in on adjustment knob. Terrible service. Didn't seem like they knew what they were doing because they were struggling to put a battery in and it's a brand new watch. Will never buy another Dakota Watch or recommend them again.
