Installed an insert several years ago. The cap blew off and I am trying to locate a cap. In the process I found out they installed th piping incorrect and I am lucky I do not get smoke inside my home when using the fireplace. The inside pipe which should be tallest is about 2ft shorter than the outer pipe. Do not use this company for installation of anything
