Sam absolutely destroyed my hair. The color was not even close to what I asked for. I asked for very light, long layers. She cut off a huge chunk (5 inches) on my right side. The cut is choppy and uneven. She was texting on her phone the whole time and was obviously distracted. I once had my hair cut by a friend when I was 16. It was horrible. My friend did a better job than the cut I got by Sam. It is going to take a couple years for this to be repaired.
I came in a showed the manager what Sam did to my hair. She was rude and refused to refund my money and insisted I allow them to redo it. Then she suggested that I allow Sam to fix my hair. After I refused, another stylist fixed my hair and did what she could.

Incosistency.. it pains me to write this review but not as much as the results of my service *at times*. Wanted a deep plum-red hair color like I had gotten previously, but got something more of a deep yet bright auburn red that I just lived with it as it was still a pretty color, I didn't want to process my hair anymore than necessary and I didn't want to spend money I didn't have to fix it. I also didn't want to look for a new stylist as they are very hard to come by around here and the search is an inconvenience as well. Ha! Wanted to go back to my natural color, well let's just say that didn't happen. I will say, at least my hair wasn't damaged in the process, as some stylists would've gone for more aggressive color removal methods. I also wanted a cut to bring out my hair texture. Instead I got outdated looking, very very choppy layers that actually have made my hair stringy and even straighter. I've never experienced a cut like this before. I had to spend even more money to get that hair cut fixed to a livable point from a different stylist and am now letting it grow out. She told me that the style of layering this stylist did would actually disrupt natural curl patterns. I will also have to spend even more money on my hair color if I want to get the result I was looking for to begin with so that my new growth blends with my processed hair as it grows. When I discussed my dissatisfaction about my hair texture and cut my stylist blamed it solely on my medications but adjustments haven't helped. Won't be returning!
they do not know how to straighten hair right, and thats the nicest way i can put it. I paid $47 for absolute crap. i will not be coming back.
