The customer service was great! The lady who helped me was very friendly and very understanding of what I was looking for as well as finding a good fit for me and my body shape. I’m giving 4 stars for the simple fact that they didn’t have many dresses in the shape and style that I was looking for. The entire staff was very welcoming.
I was in the Charleston store about two weeks ago---apart of a bridal fitting appointment. Our stylist was Jessy and she was just an absolute joy. She worked far after the brides appointment was allotted, just to be sure our bride was happy. She did everything with a smile and you can tell her coworkers really enjoy her too. Thank you, Jessy, for making our family feel warm and our bride feel beautiful. You are awesome! Will be recommending her
I am writing this review for my daughter, and myself, based on our experience with our local David's Bridal. Everyone was simply wonderful! They made my daughter feel special in every way, were very patient and helpful as she tried on countless dresses, and offered valuable input without bias to price on the perfect dress. All alterations were done in a timely manner, and they were wonderful with working around our busy job schedules. Not only did they make my daughter feel special, they were understanding of her tearful, yet happy mother. I cannot speak highly enough of all there who helped us! They made my daughter's experience for her big day a very special time, and were a calm presence when we both needed it. The wedding was beautiful, and the bride was stunning! I highly recommend them for all your wedding needs. Thank you so very much to all at David's Bridal!

Kayla was awesome! She was very patient and kind! She was meant for my bridesmaids. I also heard that she was new and I would have never known it! My niece is getting married after me. She was with me today to. She now knows who she is requesting when she is looking for her dress and bridesmaid dress! Kayla 1st impression was impeccable!!!!
