He had chatted me, and his cashier up the whole time in-between checking in with the crew to see what was finally made and between grabbing them up to have them bagged up in the right order. Time flew by and I enjoyed my visit.
Not really impressed with this store. The manager (the one with braids) is very rude to customers and staff. I'm usually never one to complain if the food is at least edible, but one time, my order was just completely wrong. I spoke to a nice lady manager that night and she told me to come in the next day and they'd make it right. Well, she wasn't there the next day, and when I talked to him about it, he spoke condescendingly to me and interrogated me as if I just made up the whole story to get a $7 meal for free. I spend about $50 a week at Wendy's throughout the Kanawha Valley, for myself and family. Ive also seen this guy berate his staff in front of customers. The staff there are actually really nice, that's why I hate seeing him yell at them. When I go to this location, the chicken patties are often real chewy, like they were cooked four hours prior, and the fries are skimpy and soggy. And there's always some bums who just wait on drive thru customers so they can beg for money. It's a shame, because I like Wendy's, and all the other locations are really good. Sorry East End Wendy's, don't think I'll be back.
Went in the other day and had about $50 worth of different orders for some friends and I. The cashier was friendly and seemed to handle things well despite putting so much on them to ring up. They made sure to review every detail of my order to make sure he'd gotten it correct. The night manager stepped in soon after my order was placed and he handled his crew members' coordination and speed of pace very well. He not only made sure that all 10 orders were done right, but he also had each order distributed properly, for whom it was meant to go to for each bag. This guy was something else. He had killer charisma and seemed to really care about me and about his coworkers.
It really threw me for a loop because I've never had such good service from a restaurant before. Wendy's is on point.
It seems to be a favorite. I keep going back lol
