I decided to try out apple bee's for the first time via take out...the food was ice cold and the fries tasted like they had been cooked several hrs before i ordered. Food this cold and that old is something i would expect from the fast food joints not an established bar and restaurant with such high priced food....never again
My wife and I love Applebee’s. Unfortunately, this location wasn’t that great. It wasn’t clean. we don’t have much of a complaint about our waitress; however, the food was not great. We ordered the Mac and Cheese with chicken, Mac and cheese had the consistency of soup. They took it back, but didn’t bring it back much better off.
I give this place 5 stars mainly for one reason and that is Ashley P. When she is working in the evenings you'll get top notch service. The other waitresses are probably just as good, but ever since we first met her a year ago, we always try to get her. Since we go in the evenings there is usually no wait time for a table unless it's a holiday. Food is always correctly prepared or they will quickly correct it. If it's your birthday you'll get a free brownie bite and a "surprise". With TVs all around, you can catch whatever sports is on while you eat, or wait for your meal.
Good customer service, very delicious food, I like siracha shrimp, they have happy hour after 5 PM, most of the appetizer are 50% off, also great view
I went there alone one time and say down to be waited on. The manager approached me and asked me to leave the resturrant and refused to serve me. I did nothing wrong at all I just sat down and was hungry. Do not go there.
