Ordered my meal take out back to the hotel and everything I had was amazing. I couldn't decide what to have so I went with a combo meal with bbq ribs chicken tenders and a baked potato and white cheddar Mac n cheese.
I love this Texas Steakhouse & Saloon in Charleston, WV.. The Steak was juicy and tender, soft crab cake were delicipus. My loaded baked potato was so good. Very good service.
Looking at the other reviews they all were mostly a time issue or staff. I worked in this industry and can testify that when it gets busy there is little to nothing a staff member can do to rush people along. As far as my experience today I was greeted by a polite young man and was taken care of by a sweet young lady who made sure I was well taken care of. THANKS SAM! The food was cooked to perfection! A shame some people aren't more patient and understanding about certain situations.
The host could have stayed at the front, but I guess it was close to closing time so she had side work to do. The food was good, but the side dishes were bland. Is go again but we don't have the restaurant in Cleveland. The rolls were to die for
My order was not right at all half of it was missing and it took 15 minutes to get the rest of it then I asked for a refill on my drink and I got it 10 minutes later. It was not busy at all not sure what was going on. I really feel i should not have had to pay for such poor service. I ate hear the night before and everything was great the food and the waitress, I was very happy the day before.
