It's expensive so we don't come here a lot, but I love it when we do! Food is great, fresh seafood what more can I say!
Worst experience ever and we had to leave before the food even arrived. Service at it's worst. We had to wait for 20 minutes to get our water, and we waited a whole hour with no food on our table. It was a Sunday afternoon and the place was not that crowded for that delay, and we ordered the endless shrimp offer which was not out of the norm. It was an obvious discrimination against us, as we saw our same orders being rushed to other tables. We asked for the manager to leave, and all we get from them was cold tasteless apologies and a gift card offer. Never go there again, and will file a complaint to the main headquarters of Red Lobster.
The caprese salad was soggy and old, should not have been served. Very disappointing
Only two things were good about our experience tonight, the waitress and the biscuits... Truly sad! Was looking forward to a nice meal with my husband but instead steaks were over cooked, shrimp and lobster over cooked. Waitress tried very hard but she truly can’t control how the food was cooked. She offered to have them redo, we declined. Gentlemen behind us had already sent his back twice so was not even going to attempt.
Manager on duty needs to be more aware of what the cooks are sending out...
