Went to get Charleys food with an employee during a break. We are regular customers. I saw her pull out two $5 dollar bills to pay for her meal and the cashier didn't give back all her change (everyone makes mistakes) as we waited for our food we also were waiting for th e manager (assuming manager) to count the drawer to give her back her change. He pulled out a random $5 dollar bill to hand her but she only needed $4 as her change. She said she had her change she just needed the $4 not the $5. He handed her the $4. We went back to break and then we started working. Two hours later the manager came to the shop where we work and harrased the employee about the $4 and accused her of lying when I saw her hand out the two $5 dollar bills to the cashier. She handed him the money no questions asked because he was causing a scene front of customers. It was highly unprofessional and rude.We will not be coming back. We demand an apology.
Been here twice and really enjoyed it they have great subs and are always fresh the staff is always friend.

The manager I guess the manager was very rude called me a liar and I'm a very loyal customer at charleys in the charleston town center mall, I will never eat there again the manager harassed me in my work while I had a client and took the change I was meant to have that he gave me while I was up there. They are rude, and did not know how to count money, or speak English very well which I dnot care about. But I got treated wrong and was harassed an hour after I ordered. My coworkers and I will never eat here again.
Food was pretty good. Small portions for the prices though and the boy on the register on 12/9/17 at around 8pm was very very very rude. I might would go back but would probably turn around if the same boy was on the register. food was good though, it was just a little pricey for the portions.
