Great employees, quick service! Ive done business here for years with no problems ever. Also their trailer hitches are reasonably priced, and installed in a timely matter.
Didn't have the equipment I reserved the last 3 times I've rented a truck. Not to mention the 2 local trucks I rented within a month of each other did NOT have A/C. It was absolutely miserable after moving 2 different houses in blistering heat. The only thing I got when I brought it to their attention was "Oh that sucks" and the other time "We don't keep track of that on local trucks only one way trucks"! Really! I shouldn't have to pay HUNDREDS of dollars for a truck that I nearly died of heat exhaustion in! Very disappointed!
garbage staff,,rude impolite.waited over 2hrs and they couldn't find the key to the truck I reserve. just a bad experince
I prefer the one in St Albans usually most places leave a dolly in the uhaul. We had to drive back and get one to use. It was just a bit inconvenient and since all the other uhauls I've used always included one I didn't think about it.
Terrible experience trying to return my rental to the Sissonville location. Had to go out of my way & also pay someone else to follow me to give me a ride back. I went inside to express my concerns & the guys working were extremely unhelpful & disrespectful.
