My dad has been a manager here for years. He has always talked about taking care of his customers and making his pizzas fast, but at the same time making a good looking pizza and giving the customers a pizza they'll come back for. All the managers at Kanawha City Papa Johns share these same values. All the employees feed off the values of the managers and everyone effectively works as a team and communicates with one another to ensure the pizzas are made right, made quick and are in the order they were ordered with no corners cut. A friendly environment in which all the crew members work hard, and have a good time. Most of the instore crew members are cross trained which means they can work several positions efficiently, so one employee is not doing all the work. I know all of this, because like I stated above my dad is a manager at K.C. Papa Johns and has 22 years experience with the company and I have been a instore crew member here for about three months. With the excellent training the managers and crew members have provided me I have learned a lot, but I remind myself everytime I work I have a lot more to learn. I can let everyone know who orders from Kanawha City Papa Johns that your pizzas are made with complete care and love and are making your pizzas to the best of our ability and and getting your food to you as quick as we possibly can.
