No drink refills, server didn't check back to see how everything was going for us. Had a free dessert coupon which couldn't be used because the server never came back. Two stars because we got fed and I was able to pay using the kiosk. Won't EVER return to this location !
Second time IN A ROW I have gone in and not been greeted. Hostess and servers all walked by multiple times and no server either time. Walked out and before I even hit the door the hostess had grabbed the menus off the table. HORRIBLE!
Good service and delicious cheese bites!! However, the sweet tea wasn't sweet and my medium-well steak was a tad too chewy for my taste. Overall would recommend!
It was terrible. There was PLASTIC in my salad. The waitress was very rude.
Very poor service and my food was cold but my two other friends was good and hot. Just said with 5 waiters running around and the GM we could not get decent service. Oh well may try again another day.
