I called in. Was on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes. Started out 11th person on hold and spent the whole time going up and down between 11th and fifth. At one point I was 12th? How do you go backwards?! Got clear to the second one and went back up... and would not have left a one star rating but had to to post. At this point it's seven minutes to 5:00. Just waiting to get hung up on..... waited to finish my post. Didn't get cut off at 5:00. But was on hold for a total of an hour and a half..
literally the worst place on the planet. You wait forever and ever, you can never get a decent answer about anything on the phone. Every employee is rude and rushes you. Not the place to be at all.
Receptionist said everything was good with title waited 2 hours, guess what it wasn't. Now I have to go back probably wait another 2 hours.
The wait time there is always unbearable. Prepare to spend 1-4 hours depending on what you need. Staff is usually friendly and helpful as long as you are friendly as well.
My address is Virginia St. I received a license that said Virgina St. I now have to wait through the entire line/process again, and that harshes my mellow. I know it's kind of a drive, but other Charleston residents may be better served going to the one in Point Pleasant; I've heard their service is better.
