I hate this office you wait for an hour on the phone to actually speak to someone and then they're so rude.. I'm not one of these people that call in weekly wanting to know where my money is at I hardly ever call this office but when I did call this office to change my direct deposit this woman treats me like I'm stupid.. this lady has no business working in customer service very rude..
Ive called so many times to check onnmy case and not one person has picked up the phone..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. What was the point in giving me a card with a number if i cant even use it. Very unprofessional.
If I could give a 0 I would. No i'm not your typical upset dead beat dad. I have custody of twin boys and there mother isn't required to pay anything. However I have a daughter from a previous relationship and the court system took less than two weeks to drill me for support. I have NO PROBLEM paying the child support I understand it cost money to raise a child I AM RAISING TWO on my own. Is it simply because I'm a MALE that i don't receive the benefits a mother receives. I NEED ANSWERS TO THIS INJUSTICE TO MY LITTLE BOYS.
They speak to you like your dirt on their shoe. Rude, and eight years later no results. When you would like an update or to inquire about your case all you get is an attitude back. All I want to know is why can my children’s father get in so much legal trouble for several things over the years but never get arrested for non payment of child support. Eight years. Nothing.
This office literally recommended that I drop the case, as they are unable to provide enforcement for court ordered child support. Have NEVER received any kind of useful info or support from this office.
