I dropped off some drapes to be cleaned, no call after two weeks, drapes never cleaned (turns out they contract this out), poor customer service, maybe they can handle a simple shirt but I don't know
If you plan on getting your wedding dress alterations, please consider elsewhere. The alterations that were done to my gown changed the shape and the hem line was at a diagonal. When I asked if it could be fixed, they tried, but made it worst. This is not the place to go for wedding dresses.
