There are no practical alternate options for a laundromat for most people that come here, and the owners know this. There is never any soap in the bathroom; rarely toilet paper. Hand dryer works about half the time; no paper towels. They don't have hot water for the bathroom sink, which is really nice in the winter. Usually over half the, exspensive, machines are normally down, so the place can be not very crowded, but you're still waiting 15 minutes for a machine to open. It's often dirty, unless the little older lady is working...and she's kinda mean. They have all these vending machines and an atm that have never worked in the 5 or so years I have been going there. Their reason? "People break them." But, despite ALL this, and more...I will be going back next time I need to do laundry. Because there's not much in the way of alternatives...and the owners know this, and they simply don't care.
This place is a disaster. At least one third of the machines are out of service at any time. The restroom is a sloppy mess every time I'm there. There is no functioning wifi and most of the vending machines are empty. There are at least two signs up on the walls offering services that the place does NOT in fact provide, like laundry bags and drop off laundry service. The only thing they seem to do well is provide change. Avoid this place at all costs if you can. If you can't, it's because they are the only game in that part of town--where the hell else are you gonna go?
Love the washers they have here because they are extra big. You can wash about 6 loads at once in the biggest washer they have. The cost for that washer is 7.25. The also have free Wi-Fi. The reason I give this place three stars is because the place is always dirty and often times the change machine is not working. Not to mention the public bathroom is very disgusting and never has soap or paper towels to dry your hands on.
Plenty of dryers working, but there's only large heavy duty washers here and there's only about half of them working. It cost too much for so little.
7/24/17. I had to deal with a very disrespectful non helpful associate named Carolyn. I mistakenly put my coins in the top dryer (clothes in bottom), went to associate & asked solutions & she dismissed me & said "I can not give you a refund" (repeated herself 3 times) with no offer of solution. I didn't ask for a refund. I asked for a solution. I ended up asking other customer for dryer after their cycle finished, but this associates attitude & demeanor was very unpleasant, rude & unwelcoming! I didn't feel comfortable here & that is why I wrote this comment.
