I hate it they are never open on time, and they gold is to much and it weigh a little to nothing

Hate this. Brought sterling silver earrings and turned my ears green and then I brought 24 karat gold and made my ear infected. I was consulted by the person for best earring for a sensitive skin. That what they referred me to and now I am on week 4 and my ear is swollen, bleeding. Highly pissed
