Used to be good to deal with but the people running it now dont know how to deal with people several times I have been treated rude both over the phone and in person are family has spent enough there over the years will be dealing somewhere else.
Doesn't seem like they know what there doing! Especially Fire arms. Made extra $65 by walking out there door. Would not recommend this place and won't be back
Found a laptop for sale for $100. Came back the next day to buy it and the same emoloyee that was selling it to me said he sold it to his mother. That's not funny. Tried to sell an xbox360 and a bunch of games and they just said they didn't want them. Give me a break.

The first time my husband took his Rolex watch there they said the movement was off. They didn't have any Rolex watches at this time to compare it to. Then he was told to bring it up they could test the gold and would give him a thousand for it. So he brought it back and the guy had left and another employee said he didn't know why dude said that he doesn't have the authority to do that. So finally he gets a manager and everything is great looking on the watch but it doesn't have a blue tint on it so they don't know. Learn your product before you sell it. They don't know Rolex but claim to sell them. But the kicker is my husband has exchanged thousands of dollars with them. Bring a great customer has no value with them either. I used to like KV but not now
